1. Who we are

Poivre (the “site”) is operated from the Netherlands. For questions about this policy or your data, email info@poivre.be.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you give us directly through our forms: typically your name, email, optional phone and company, and the message you send. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only cookies set are essential ones for the admin panel.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry. Your data is never used for marketing emails, sold, or shared with third parties for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Under the GDPR, our legal basis for processing your data is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't turn into projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If we work together, contact data is retained per applicable accounting and tax obligations.

6. Processors we use

Resend — transactional email delivery.
Scaleway — hosting + database (EU).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
